Welcome to Proton Projects Customer Access area. This page provides Proton customers with information about Proton’s Customer Support Model, plus a suite of convenient feedback and support tools to further enhance the services provided by Proton.

Customer Service Model

Every Proton customer is supported by the following personnel:

Account Executive

Your Account Executive has overall responsibility for the quality and consistency of services provided by Proton. The Account Executive oversees all active services, determines fees, discounts and other contractual terms, and acts as an escalation point for any issues or queries.

Relationship Manager

Your Relationship Manager is responsible for day-to-day customer service and support. The Relationship Manager supervises all active assignments, responds to all new service requests, acts as the first point of contact for issues and queries, and oversees Proton personnel working on customer assignments. One or more Relationship Managers may be assigned to an individual customer.

Support Team

The Proton support team attends to all back office support functions such as Contract Management and Account Management.

Performance Feedback

Performance Management is an important part of Proton's quality management program. A key component of the program is Performance Feedback from our customers. The information you provide helps us prioritise reassignments, and assist with ongoing professional development of the individuals concerned.

Proton's online Performance Feedback survey allows you to easily participate, and requires only a few minutes to complete. The online survey form may be accessed here or from the menu to the left.
