Proton offers several programs for individuals or groups who wish to share in Proton's growth.

Business Referral Program

Proton's Business Referral Program provides an easy and rewarding way for individuals to refer new business to Proton. The program operates on a case-by-case basis and offers Introducer Bonuses, Sales Bonuses and New Client Bonuses for the introduction of any new revenue-generating business to Proton. The program is scaled to reflect the quality of the business introduced.

The Business Referral Program is available to all existing Proton team members (Core Team and Experience Pool) who have attended a Proton Business Referral Program Seminar. The program is also available to people outside of Proton subject to a successful application to participate, and attendance at a Proton Business Referral Program Seminar.

Sales Agency Program

Proton's Sales Agency Program is designed for organisations that wish to establish an ongoing relationship with Proton as a Sales Agent or Reseller of Proton's good or services. This program is designed specifically where opportunities exist to offer Proton services in new locations and/or industries.

Candidate Referral Scheme

Proton is always looking to expand its Experience Pool with high quality Project Managers, Change Managers and Business Analysts to satisfy the demands of our customers.  The Candidate Referral Scheme is designed to thank and reward team members and friends of Proton who help to grow the Proton team through referrals. The scheme operates on a case-by-case basis. 

Under the Scheme, Proton offers offer a cash bonus of $500 for the referral of each candidate who joins the Proton Experience Pool and commences work on a Proton assignment within 6 months of being referred.

You can make referrals easily by:
  • E-mailing details to our Resourcing area (click here for e-mail contact details)
  • Passing details onto a Proton Engagement Manager or Account Executive
  • Asking the candidate you are referring to submit their CV via the 'Join Us' form on this website (link here). Please note that for the Scheme to apply the candidate must list your name on the form as the referrer.
