Status Report

Provides an easy way for team members who are working on assignment to submit a Status Report. If you answer YES to any of the 10 questions please make sure you include enough details for your Relationship Manager to decide what follow up action if any to take. Your completed report will be sent directly to the person you select from the Proton Manager drop-down box.

Induction Feedback

Everyone who joins Proton’s Experience Pool is sent an Induction Pack that provides essential information about working as part of the Proton team. Feedback is sought from all new starters to ensure that the content of the Pack has been understood. Online Induction Feedback form is provided for that purpose.

Leave Advice

Used to advise your Relationship Manager of planned leave or other absences.

Support Request

Team members may use this form to request support from a Proton manager. The request will be sent to the selected manager for action.

Intranet Login

Provides access to Proton’s Intranet system. Access is restricted to Proton team members who have been provided with an Intranet login and password.

Intranet Instructions

Provides instructions for logging in and using the Intranet system.
